You ad copy should include:

·        name of stable/farm/business

·        contact name

·        address, telephone number, and e-mail

·        text that might include a description of facility, services offered, certification/achievements of trainer

·        any special selling points such as “evening lessons available,” etc.

See any issue of The Horsemen’s Voice for examples of Trainers Directory listings. The Horsemen’s Voice reserves the right to edit any listing for length.

Cost. Advertising in the FIT is $15.00 (plus state sales tax) per issue. It is available in quarterly increments only. The Horsemen’s Voice is printed 11 times a year, February – December. FIT ads are billed as follows:

For a new listing, payment for the first quarter must accompany ad copy. Advertisers will be billed quarterly in advance thereafter. Advertisers joining the FIT Directory in the middle of a quarterly billing cycle will pay for whatever portion of that period remains. They will be on the regular quarterly billing cycle thereafter.

The Horsemen’s Voice reserves the right to withhold from publication any advertising not pre-paid. No agency discounts. All rates are subject to change without notice, except for those on multiple-insertion contract.
