For more than a quarter of a century:
New Mexico's Horse Magazine

I have lived in Albuquerque's South Valley for almost 35 years, where I owned a jewelry trade shop and later worked in cancer-related organizations. Since 1998, I have been in the publishing business. I began as editor and publisher of The Horsemen's Voice in late December 2004.
The magazine has taken me to new places, opened new doors to experience and knowledge, and introduced me to people who share my life-long passion for horses. For as long as I can remember, horses and horse activities have been central and growing components of my life. Magic (my beautiful Thoroughbred) and I are avid ditch and trail riders. We also enjoy pleasure driving.
There are many other New Mexicans who contribute regularly to The Horsemen's Voice: fine writers and photographers; the copy editor, Sally Davis; the Baca family at Business Printing service; and Herman Mitchel and his crew at Southwest Mail Consultants. Without their help, expertise, and support, this magazine would not be possible.
I welcome your comments and suggestions on the magazine and its contents. You can contact me at Catherine@HorsemensVoice.com.
